I'm 13 and I'm trying to build bicep muscle, but I'm not sure what to do?
I have a set of dumbbells which are I think 5-6kg, and I know how to do dumbbell curls, but I don't know how many to do or how long to do them.
(I'm a boy)
Traditionally, 3 sets of 10 is good. Of course, with just that weight, it won't be super-challenging. The key is to work your muscles harder than they want to work, then give them a couple of days to recover.
You can do lots more than just biceps using dumbbells. You can work a lot of different muscle groups, to give you upper body a better appearance, if that's what you're after.
