Help why was i too weak today?

Today was my back day after 9 day break and i was the weakest guy in my whole lifting carrer here it goes

For my last set of lat pulldown i got 150*6-8

I usually get 170*8-10

For barbell rows i usually get 185*8 total i got*6 and 205*2 which i usually get 4-6 reps

And for cable rows i usually get 250*3-5 for final set today i got 250*3 half reps

And for dumbbell rows i usually get 120*2 today i struggled with 105lbs*2

For machine rows i usually get 450*5

today i got 450*3 half reps

And the whole time of my workout i felt like throwing up and felt like i was the weakest guy in the whole damn world.

Help.
I eat tons of carbs and protein even though it is the strength season.
Na this is light weight.Anything lighter i cant workout with.I hate dealing with light weights.No offence to you.

Your muscles were used to the weight and you had reached a comfortable agreement in terms of lifting weight.

You took a rest, your muscles did too, they became used to the lull in strain.

It'll take you a few days to get back into it. Maybe drop the weights for a few days, then bring it back up.

Just relax, it's all part of working out, you're body is always adjusting.
