Help getting the perfect body over summer break?
I'm 12 years old, dark blonde hair (it turns light blonde in the summer), side bangs angles and layers, 34A, 4'10 and I weigh 93 lbs. I really want to weigh 75-78 lbs. Don't bother checking, I checked my BMI online; that's a healthy weight for me. I have untill September 5th. I have acess to a treadmill and dumbells/weights, jumprope, etc. I need specific work-outs! I need the exact things to do, how many times to do them, and how many times a week to do it, and how long should I exercise for each day. I would like these types of workouts: cardio, aerobic, strength (nothing too heavy), flexibility, and that's about it. I HATE my legs, butt and upper arms; and my stomach could use some improvement. Help!
I'm only 12, I can't just drive to the gym. I'd like to work out in my own home. Thank you for your input though =]

First things first, you're too young to diet and exercise. But I might as well start you off right than have you do things that will hurt you physically and mentally.
First things all girls need to learn. WEIGHT DOESN'T MATTER. Muscle is twice as dense as fat, so just because you don't lose weight, that doesn't mean you're not starting to look more fit. I recommend that you start jogging on your treadmill at a moderate pace. The first day, go long enough so that you're sweaty. The next day, add on another minute and so on.
Food wise, cut fat/sugar intake (not as many deserts or pop as usual), and increase protein intake. So eat a little bit more tuna or meat than usual.
To have better looking arms/butt/legs, you're going to need toned muscles. Toning needs about 14-16 reps per set. So you choose a weight that's heavy enough to make you struggle on the last 2-3 reps. If you do more than 16, add a bit more weight, or vice versa. Set the weight down, take a 1 minute breather, and do 2 more sets.
The exercises you should do:
Arms - Bicep curls, tricep extension.
Butt/Leggs - Dumbell Squats, Lunges

One more thing. Unlike the person under me has posted, when you look good, you will like yourself more. Just make sure that you don't have a mental problem about the way you look. People who look good are treated better and get further in life.
