How to customize the spartan workout for me?
I want to edit the spartan 300 workout for me.
Heres the original workout.
Pullups - 25 reps
Deadlifts with 135 lbs - 50 reps
Pushups - 50 reps
24-inch box jumps - 50 reps
Floor wipers - 50 reps
Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
Pullups - 25 reps
I definitely cannot do 25 reps of pullups. I probably can't do 5.
And i don't have a kettle ball. Whats the best thing to do?
Use bodyweight row for the pull ups and use a dumbbell instead of a kettlebell.

Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps – Instead of the Kettlebell you can just use a 35lb dumbbell
Pullups - 25 reps
Or you could do it as a bodyweight routine:
25 bodyweight rows
50 bodyweight squats
30 pushups
100 jumping lunges (50 per leg)
50 mountain climbers
20 close grip pushups
25 bodyweight rows
