10. lbs. by....?
Ok i weigh 117 and im 11 years old so how can i drop 10 lbs. by may 31. plz dont tell me it is impossible and dont tell me to starve myself. i need reasonable answers. and i have a cast on my toe.

It takes me 21 days min to lose 10lbs. That is Cardio every day for 1 hour and 30 minutes of weights every other day. 1500-1800 cals consumption. That is how I do it and I keep the loss off. I don't know what rate you lose weight at but you should have started sooner if you loose less than 3 lbs a week.
Drink water, something that will take 3 lbs off me if I'm retaining badly.
