First, get yourself four gemhides, those slivers are beastly, Second, cut out two colors, stick with three or less. I would personally suggest green-blue with a splash of whatever because Dormant Sliver+Gemhide+Intruder Alarm will speed up any sliver deck in my opinion, not to mention a lot of sliver tap abilities would be enjoyable to use multiple times. The non-creature spells you chose are just lame, maybe the coat would have a good place, but against another tribal deck, you would only dig your own grave. Personally, i would splash red in there, but not add any mountains, because the vivids, the ziggurats, and the gemhide would handle four heart slivers, making gemhides ability more powerful, and combined with Dormant and Intruder Alarm, that's all your slivers out on the fourth or fifth turn, third if you're lucky. Then, ultimately as a kill card you can use Psionic Sliver, or just attack. i would take Sliver Queen>Sliver legion, just because that's an infinite sliver token combo, but if you have both, that's great too. If you do the lands correctly, you shouldn't need Terramorphs, but keep at least 22 lands in the deck, 20 if you want to gamble a bit.
