What are some good career path options for software developers? i need some options before i quit?

i've been in the field for only 3 years, but i would like to know what are some good career paths i can take? lately i've been thinking about getting out of computers completely because i suffer from chronic neck, shoulder and lower back pain due to computer use.

before i think about quitting to become a yoga teacher (lol), i was wondering about other career options within this field. what about business analysts? do they spend less time in front of the computer? i touched on it in college and we never worked in front of the computer, but how is it in real-life scenarios?

what about consultants? what do they do?

i know i can be a project manager, but how many years would that take? and how often are they in front of the computer?

I think you're out of luck there. Other jobs may have slightly less time in front of a computer, but not enough that it would make a difference. You can do onsite support, where you would go to different companies more often - but you'd still be working on computers when you got there.

I think you should become a yoga teacher ...

We appreciate you looking at our Neck Developer information.

You can go back to Weightlifting Equipment for even MORE good stuff.
