How Should I Work my Dumbbell Workout Regimen?
Hello there! I have just purchased a pair of dumbbells and I have weights that I can just put on the sides, so I suppose one would say that the dumbbells are 'adjustable.' I am curious how many sets & reps I should be doing in order to build my biceps/triceps appropriately, in addition to how many pounds I should put on the dumbbells.
I'm 19 years old and I weigh approx. 150 pounds, if that helps any.

I'm looking to tone my muscles, and I have no idea what my max/min is. I planned on starting with 15 lbs and working my way up from there (I'm very skinny and I'm under the impression that this is the best route to take).
That being said, I'm looking for words of wisdom from those who are far more experienced than myself (I've never exercised routinely before).
that's actually hard to answer because i don't know what your max is or how much weight u have.i also don't know if you are going for bulk or tone.if you are going for bulk you need heavy weight and do about 5-8 reps and if you want tone u want light weight with about 15 to 20 reps
