Help! Mother Suicidal.. what do I do?
9 months ago, my mom picked up the phone to overhear my dad telling another woman that he loved her..
after that, he told her he wanted a divorce.
Since then... My mother who was once 220 pounds, is now 145 pounds (dropped weight rapidly at an unhealthy pace from starvation and over exercise) Has been taking large amounts of pills, drinks alcohol very regularly. She's already tried to commit suicide once by deeply cutting her wrists. At the hospital she somehow manipulated her way out of not going to rehab. I was shocked. That was in September I believe. Last night, she tried commiting suicide again by taking pills w/ alcohol. Got out of rehab AGAIN. She is not your average person. She is completely narcissitic, and can manipulate everyone around her. She needs help! Is there anyway she can be admitted to a hospital involuntarily? If she doesn't get help, she will succeed in her attempts to kill herself, and I am too afraid of that!
Please give me any info!
TALK TO HER ABOUT IT AND TELL HER YOU CARE AND THAT YOU DON'T WANT HER TO KILL HERSELF. ALSO TELL UR DAD HE'S A JERK. =)
