how can i glue plastic to plastic without spending $40?
i have a clip that broke on my rear bumper molding thats hanging out a half inch and just want to glue it back and call it a day instead of paying a body shop to resize my anus. Krazy glue didn't work, and i don't want to spend $40 on a special plastic hot glue. Can i just insert rubber or metal between the plastic bumper and plastic molding for super glue to stick them to each other on that way?
You can get a good epoxy cement that mixes with a drying catalyst for fast, hard, clear bonding. You can get them at auto stores or Hd'we stores like Lowe's for under 10 bucks. It looks like a large, double cylinder plastic hypodermic needle that allows the glues to mix as you apply it. (or)
