How do I gain muscle and loose weight?
I'm 6'3 and I weigh 230 lbs i want to weigh 200 or less and get muscles that will make my shirts fit no more and not have to suck in anymore.i'm not worried about the muscle's weight just the loss of fat, i already am pretty strong. I only have access to a rubber band resistance set and a few dumbells,also a chin-up bar too, and a new punching bag, any answers will help.
well if u want to lose weight u have to increase your cardio exercise.treadmill/eliptical....... for say 30 mins... a few times a week.
you will also have to give up white flour, white breads, excess sugars.. and eat more complex carbs, and alot of protein..
sorry to tell u.. but in terms of wanting to get stronger build muscle.. u are already too strong for the equipment that u have.. its not enough for u to build on.. u should join a gym.. that is the best long term thing for results
u can also give yourself one junk food day a week
