Is it bad to get up eat some eggs and have a medium workout right away?

ok so heres the deal i get up most days i can at 5:40, eat 2 scrambled eggs, then head down to my apartment's workout room and do 4 sets of 125lbs benching, and 4 sets of 105lbs legs curls, (both sets of 12) and some situps. Im trying to get a little stronger for wrestling season and i need some advice. Im also looking for the best workout, so any suggestions on that would be greatly appreciated as well.

Is there a best/worst time of the day to work out?
oh and im 16 by the way

good job bro trying to get into shape for wrestling that's exactly what im doing right now... if you are looking to get stronger, try(if you dont have dumbells) holding at least a 25lb plate on your chest using both hands, stand up, and what youre going to do is squat down as low as you can go, and just jump straight up... this will be critical in exploding up when you're in the bottom position which in most cases is the most difficult for most wrestlers... try doing interval training(sprints, bear crawls, up downs)
