Is this workout good enough?
I do this workout with milk jugs full of sand because I can't afford to buy kettlebells because I'm only 16. Each jug weighs about 15 lbs. I don't rest during the whole thing to keep the intensity up because the jugs are relatively light.

I normally am pretty tired afterwords but I feel like I should be doing more because this only takes about 20 minutes. So my question is should I be doing more than this. Thank You.
since you're only "pretty tired" afterwoods, maybe you could do a bit more? slowly put up the reps? not until you hurt yourslef of course, but to improve your rate!
